Flexsin Technologies is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to drive lead generation initiatives that generate high-quality business opportunities and accelerate revenue growth. This role will be responsible for planning and executing integrated demand generation programs targeting enterprise customers largely in North America. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B technology Lead Generation, preferably within a software services organization, and possess strong expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), marketing automation, pipeline generation, and email campaigns.
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Build and manage multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and create a predictable sales pipeline.
- Drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and marketing-influenced revenue.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and market insights.
- Design and execute targeted ABM campaigns for strategic enterprise accounts.
- Create, maintain, and refine prospect databases to improve data quality.
- Build lead nurturing workflows, lead scoring models, and automated campaigns to improve lead qualification and conversion.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify target accounts, buying committees, and key decision-makers.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email campaigns, and retargeting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create high-impact content case studies, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with buyer personas and supports lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Manage marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to streamline lead management and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Track and analyze key metrics, lead generation, pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, website performance, and customer acquisition costs.
- Deliver actionable insights and performance reports to optimize lead generation, improve conversion rates, and support business growth.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- 10-15 years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably within a software services company.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA in Marketing or Business Management is preferred.
- Experience in demand generation services across AI & Generative AI, Cloud, Digital Engineering, Data Analytics, Microsoft, Salesforce, DevOps, Product Engineering, and Enterprise Applications.
- Demonstrated success in generating enterprise leads for international markets, particularly North America.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Zoho.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
