We are looking for a detail-oriented Data / MIS Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who finds peace in organized spreadsheets and has a genuine passion for turning raw data into actionable insights.

Data Management: Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into centralized management reports.
Report Generation: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with high accuracy.
Dashboard Creation: Design and update interactive trackers to monitor KPIs and business performance.
Data Hygiene: Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and troubleshoot any discrepancies.
Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual data tasks to improve team efficiency.
Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in Data Management or MIS reporting.
Advanced Excel Mastery: * Expertise in complex formulas (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Nested IF statements).
Proficiency in Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Data Validation.
Ability to use Conditional Formatting and Sparklines for data visualization.
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data trends rather than just "entering numbers."
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related field.
Attention to Detail: You catch the double space or the rogue decimal point that others miss.
Time Management: Capable of meeting tight deadlines for month-end reporting cycles.
Problem Solver: You don’t just report a data gap; you hunt down the solution.
