Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to handle complete production and execution operations for retail, commercial, and interior fit-out projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of factory production, furniture manufacturing, site coordination, material management, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete production planning and factory operations.
Supervise furniture manufacturing, carpentry, polishing, painting, fabrication, and finishing work.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, vendors, and site teams.
Ensure timely production and project dispatch.
Monitor quality standards during production and installation.
Manage labor, contractors, and production staff efficiently.
Handle material planning, inventory, and vendor follow-ups.
Ensure smooth execution of retail and commercial interior projects.
Solve production and site-related issues on priority.
Maintain daily production reports and workflow updates.
Ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
Required Skills:
Experience in Interior Fit-Out / Retail Interior / Furniture Manufacturing Industry.
Good knowledge of production handling and site execution.
Strong team handling and leadership skills.
Knowledge of materials, hardware, finishing, and fabrication processes.
Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Preferred Candidate:
Candidate from interior, fit-out, furniture manufacturing, or turnkey project background will be preferred.
Must be capable of independently handling factory and site coordination.
Salary:
Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
