Job Description – Sales Executive / Senior Executive (Industrial Minerals)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage B2B sales for Kaolin and other industrial mineral products.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across the Paper, Paint, Ceramic, Rubber, and allied industries.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers while acquiring new clients.
- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable grades of raw materials.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–10 years of B2B industrial sales experience.
- Experience in selling raw materials to the Paper, Paint, Ceramic, Rubber, or related manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of Kaolin or other industrial minerals and their applications is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories..
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
