Ramelex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Production Engineer to manage and optimize the manufacturing of PU coatings, industrial paints, protective coatings, and specialty chemical products. The role involves production planning, process control, quality coordination, inventory management, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Monitor batch manufacturing operations and ensure adherence to approved formulations and SOPs.
- Coordinate with Stores, Procurement, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
- Ensure product quality through in-process and final inspections.
- Manage production equipment and support preventive maintenance activities.
- Monitor raw material consumption, inventory, and process losses.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE usage, and housekeeping standards.
- Supervise production operators and support productivity improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Polymer, Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- Diploma candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience in PU Coatings, Industrial Paints, Protective Coatings, Specialty Chemicals, Resins, or Chemical Manufacturing.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
