Job Description
Revolite is looking for experienced Oracle ERP & HCM professionals for multiple onsite opportunities in Pune. The ideal candidates should have strong expertise in Oracle ERP Security, Reporting, and Oracle HCM functional and techno-functional modules.

- Oracle ERP Security Admin – 5+ Years Experience
- Oracle ERP Report Developer – 5+ Years Experience
- Oracle HCM Functional Analyst – 7+ Years Experience
- Oracle HCM Techno Functional Analyst – 7+ Years Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Oracle ERP Security and Access Management activities.
- Develop and maintain Oracle ERP reports and analytics solutions.
- Work on Oracle HCM functional processes and business workflows.
- Provide techno-functional support and solution implementation for Oracle HCM modules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams for project delivery.
- Ensure system performance, security, and process optimization.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Oracle ERP Security & Access Management.
- Expertise in Oracle ERP Reporting & Analytics.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Functional processes.
- Strong techno-functional knowledge in Oracle HCM modules.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite client environment.
