Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive with at least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary
- Follow up with candidates until onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining hiring quality.
Required Skills
- 1+ year of experience in IT Talent Acquisition.
- Good understanding of technical roles and IT technologies.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and ATS (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, React, Flutter, Python, QA, DevOps, AI/ML, or similar technical roles is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,097.76 - ₹20,000.00 per month
