Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries through Calls, WhatsApp, and Email.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about company services and event packages.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for smooth execution.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel daily.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve customer service and follow-up targets.
- Ensure excellent communication and a positive customer experience at every interaction.
- Prepare daily and weekly customer support reports.
- Support the team in achieving overall business goals.
Requirements
- Any Degree (Mandatory)
- 6 Months – 2 Years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Telecalling, or Client Handling.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
