Job Summary:
AG Group is looking for an experienced, target-driven, and dynamic Senior Plot Sales Manager to lead plot sales operations for premium land and plotted development projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in real estate sales, investor handling, client relationship management, and revenue generation. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into successful sales closures while managing site visits, broker networks, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage plot sales leads through various channels
- Handle investor and customer inquiries professionally
- Conduct project presentations and site visits for clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and manage channel partners, brokers, and referral networks
- Maintain regular follow-ups through CRM, calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for lead conversion activities
- Develop strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Maintain daily sales reports, MIS records, and sales pipeline updates
- Guide and support junior sales executives to improve team performance
- Explain project details including legal documentation, pricing, payment plans, and ROI benefits to clients
- Stay updated with current market trends and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Real Estate / Plot Sales
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
- CRM handling and lead management knowledge
- Strong investor dealing and relationship-building capability
- Team handling and leadership experience
- Experience in conducting site visits and client meetings
- Good understanding of Gurgaon, Rajasthan, and NCR real estate markets preferred
Experience:
- 4–8 years of experience in plot sales / real estate sales preferred
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred
