Stipend: will be 5,000, which will be provided after completing 3 months of internship.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department for a 6-month period. You will gain hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle, from sourcing talent and onboarding to managing HR databases and assisting with employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Draft job descriptions, post roles on job boards, screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Onboarding & Administration: Prepare onboarding paperwork, update HRIS databases with new hire information, and maintain employee records.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a strict commitment to data confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with social networking/professional platforms.
- Employee Relations: Assist in addressing staff queries regarding benefits, time-off requests, and company policies.
- Engagement: Help organize internal team-building events, training sessions, and company-wide meetings.
- Reporting: Assist the HR team in preparing documentation, gathering payroll data, and updating internal reports.
