Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and project developments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in Real Estate.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial real estate sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Must possess a customer-focused approach and professional attitude.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Existing network of brokers, investors, or channel partners will be an added advantage.
