- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales enquiries.
- Follow up with all sales leads received through walk-ins, phone calls, website enquiries, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Schedule showroom visits and test rides for prospective customers.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, finance options, exchange offers, and ongoing promotional schemes.
- Coordinate with the Sales Consultants to ensure timely follow-up and closure of enquiries.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers until the sales process is completed.
- Contact existing customers for exchange opportunities, repeat purchases, and referral business.
- Update customer details, enquiry status, and follow-up activities in the CRM system on a daily basis.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment targets.
- Conduct post-sales follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships.
- Collect customer feedback and escalate concerns to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with the Finance, Insurance, and Registration teams to facilitate a smooth vehicle delivery process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, lead conversions, and daily activity reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and courteous approach during all customer interactions.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager or Reporting Manager.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
