Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and HR documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
- Support employee engagement and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR MIS reports and employee databases.
- Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee confirmation processes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 1–3 years of HR experience.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and MS Office skills.
