- Consult with patients after doctor evaluation to understand their skin, hair, or aesthetic concerns
- Educate patients on dermatology and cosmetology services such as skin treatments, laser procedures, facials, peels, hair treatments, and aesthetic procedures
- Recommend additional or complementary services (cross-sell) based on patient needs
- Promote premium treatments, packages, and advanced procedures (upsell)
- Clearly explain treatment benefits, expected results, number of sessions, risks, and pricing
- Build trust with patients to improve treatment acceptance and long-term engagement
- Coordinate scheduling of procedures and follow-up sessions
- Work closely with dermatologists and therapists to align recommendations with medical advice
- Track patient preferences and suggest ongoing or maintenance treatments
- Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and personalized care
