JOB SUMMARY:
SVITCH MotoCorp Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a visionary and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company's overall technology strategy and build a scalable, proprietary technology ecosystem for future electric mobility products.
The CTO will be responsible for driving innovation across EV technology, vehicle architecture, embedded systems, Vehicle OS, connected vehicles, cloud platforms, HMI, mobile applications, AI, OTA, cybersecurity, and digital technologies.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to build and lead high-performing technology teams while creating a common technology platform that can support multiple future vehicle products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technology Strategy & Leadership:
- Define and execute the long-term technology vision and roadmap for SVITCH.
- Build a unified technology architecture covering EV systems, vehicle software, Vehicle OS, HMI, connected mobility, cloud infrastructure, mobile applications, AI, OTA, and cybersecurity.
- Develop a common and scalable technology platform that can be reused across multiple future vehicle platforms.
- Identify emerging technologies, industry trends, innovation opportunities, and strategic technology partnerships.
- Align technology strategy with the company's business objectives, product roadmap, customer experience, and long-term growth plans.
- Drive the transition from dependency on external technology vendors towards increased in-house technology ownership and proprietary development, EV & Vehicle Technology
- Lead technology development related to Battery, BMS, Motor, Controller, Charging, Power Electronics, Thermal Management, and Vehicle Architecture.
- Ensure scalable and modular technology development for multiple vehicle platforms.
- Drive hardware-software integration across vehicle systems.
Vehicle Software & Embedded Systems:
The CTO should ensure that vehicle technology is modular, scalable, efficient, future-ready, and capable of supporting multiple product platforms.
- Define the architecture for Vehicle OS, VCU/ECU software, middleware, and embedded systems.
- Lead development of CAN communication, AUTOSAR, RTOS, Embedded Linux, and Android Automotive platforms.
- Establish software lifecycle management, version control, diagnostics, and functional safety processes.
Connected Vehicle & Cloud Technology:
- Develop the connected vehicle and IoT ecosystem.
- Lead telematics, vehicle-cloud communication, APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and data platforms.
- Enable features such as vehicle tracking, remote diagnostics, geofencing, vehicle health monitoring, remote commands, and real-time data analytics.
HMI, UI/UX & Digital Experience:
- Lead development of vehicle HMI, instrument clusters, TFT displays, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
- Ensure a seamless and premium rider experience across Vehicle, HMI, Mobile App, and Digital Ecosystem.
- Drive innovation in voice interaction, personalisation, navigation, and intelligent rider interfaces.
OTA, AI & Cybersecurity:
- Establish secure OTA architecture for firmware, software, feature updates, and remote diagnostics.
- Implement AI and data analytics for range prediction, battery health, predictive maintenance, fault detection, and rider behaviour analysis.
- Ensure strong automotive cybersecurity, secure communication, data privacy, and compliance standards.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
The candidate should have strong exposure to the following technologies:
- EV Architecture, Battery, BMS, Motor & Power Electronics.

- OTA – FOTA/SOTA architecture.
- Automotive Cybersecurity – Secure Boot, PKI, HSM and ISO/SAE 21434.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- 15–20+ years of overall technology and engineering experience.
- Minimum 5+ years in a senior technology leadership role.
- Strong experience in Automotive, EV, Connected Mobility, Embedded Systems, IoT, or Software Product Development.
- Experience in building and scaling technology and engineering teams.
- Exposure to Automotive OEMs, EV Co.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
