Key Responsibilities
1. Guest & Visitor Management
- Attend to all visitors, guests, and clients in a professional manner
- Handle visitor registration & entry documentation and ensure compliance with security protocols
2. Front Office Management
- Manage office premise to be well-maintained at all times
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist in meeting arrangements
3. Travel Desk Management
- Take ownership of travel desk operations
- Coordinate travel & Accommodation for employees and guests
- Liaise with travel vendors and ensure cost-effective and timely bookings
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2-4 years of experience in front office / administration / guest handling
- Strong communication skill and interpersonal relationship with external and internal customers.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Emails
Working Requirements
- Should take ownership in work and have a positive mindset.
- Should be presentable and have sound knowledge in computer operations.
