Ayushman Diagnostic & Imaging Centre is a trusted healthcare organization dedicated to delivering quality diagnostic and imaging services. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Front Office Team Leader to oversee front desk operations and ensure a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support the front office team in daily operations.
- Ensure smooth patient registration, appointment scheduling, billing coordination, and check-in processes.
- Maintain high standards of patient service and satisfaction.
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and escalations professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with doctors, departments, and management to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Train, guide, and mentor front office staff to improve performance and service quality.
- Monitor daily reports, front desk performance, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare service standards.
Requirements
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in Front Office Operations, preferably in a healthcare setting
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills
✅ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-handling abilities
✅ Experience in appointment scheduling, billing coordination, and patient registration
✅ Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Management Software
✅ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
