We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to strengthen customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with international customers, importers, and distributors.
- Coordinate export orders from confirmation to shipment.
- Communicate order, shipment, and delivery updates to overseas customers.
- Coordinate with International Sales, Logistics, Production, and Accounts teams.
- Resolve customer queries related to export orders, documentation, and shipments.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
- Follow up on export payments and customer requirements.
- Prepare CRM reports and share customer feedback with internal teams.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and strengthen long-term international business relationships.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer relationship management abilities
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM or ERP software will be an advantage
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced FMCG environment
