Job Description , Roles & Responsibilities-
Brand & Campaign Leadership
- Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions
- Oversee end-to-end campaign rollout across digital, retail, and on-ground channels
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all communication and consumer touchpoints
- Act as a key point of accountability, aligning campaign outcomes with management expectations
Social Media & Content Strategy
- Direct social media strategy, including calendar planning, content direction, and platform approach
- Guide internal teams and external partners (creators/agencies) to deliver cohesive, high-quality content
- Drive content planning for shoots, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and timelines
- Oversee content archiving systems and ensure long-term accessibility and organization
- Monitor performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies
Digital & Performance Oversight
- Collaborate closely with performance marketing and media agencies to drive campaign effectiveness
- Review and interpret weekly/monthly reports, identifying key learnings and optimization opportunities
- Oversee creative direction, timelines, and approvals to ensure efficient execution
Agency & Vendor Management
- Lead relationships with creative agencies, production partners, influencers, and vendors
- Ensure all partners deliver on timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
- Oversee production shoots and key content creation initiatives
Retail & Experiential Marketing Leadership
- Direct in-store branding, POS strategy, and retail visibility initiatives
- Oversee execution of events, pop-ups, and experiential marketing activities
- Ensure all on-ground activations are aligned with brand positioning and deliver measurable impact
Market & Strategic Insight
- Drive ongoing analysis of consumer behaviour, category trends, and competitor activity
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to management
- Proactively identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and brand differentiation
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within FMCG, hospitality, F&B, or consumer brands
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Highly organized with strong execution and follow-through skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Good communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and external partners
- Trend-aware, culturally curious, and consumer-first in thinking
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
