Position Overview
- Job Title: Junior Architect
- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (In-Office)
- Department: Architectural
- Reporting to: Senior Architect
- Work Schedule: 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays off
Key Responsibilities
- Design Development: Assist senior architects in the creation of design concepts and comprehensive architectural plans.
- Technical Drafting: Prepare detailed drawings and layouts utilizing industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
- Project Support: Help prepare visual presentations and necessary documentation for client meetings.
- Research: Conduct research on building materials, innovative products, and current design trends to support ongoing projects.
- Documentation: Systematically maintain project files, drawings, and records to ensure project organization.
- Collaboration: Work effectively within a dynamic team environment to meet strict project deadlines.
- Compliance: Apply a basic understanding of building bylaws to project designs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Experience: 1–4 years of professional experience in the architecture field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Studio, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Core Competencies: * In-depth understanding of CAD drafting and detailing.
- Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional portfolio.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
