Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and assist in the operation of production machines.
- Perform machine setting, adjustment, and basic troubleshooting.
- Carry out fitting, assembly, and maintenance-related activities.
- Perform in-process, final, and incoming material inspections as per quality standards.
- Identify and report defects or non-conforming products to the Quality Engineer/Supervisor.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities for quality issues.
- Ensure products meet customer and company quality requirements.
- Follow quality procedures, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Maintain proper documentation and inspection records.
- Ensure 5S, housekeeping, and safety standards are followed in the work area.
- Assist in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform any other quality-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
