Mandatory Requirement:
Candidates must have hands-on production and warehouse exposure in Staples and Milk/Dairy categories.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inward, outward, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
* Handle production coordination related to Staples and Milk/Dairy products.
* Ensure proper stock rotation, FIFO/FEFO practices, and inventory accuracy.
* Monitor daily warehouse productivity, manpower planning, and operational efficiency.
* Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and store teams for smooth supply chain operations.
* Maintain hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards as per company policies.
* Ensure proper handling and storage conditions for dairy and perishable products.
* Track warehouse KPIs and prepare MIS reports on inventory, dispatch, and wastage.
* Lead warehouse audits and ensure adherence to SOPs and statutory requirements.
* Manage vendor coordination, transportation planning, and dispatch timelines.
