About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage lead conversion, client coordination, and business development activities for our digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through various digital marketing channels.
- Convert qualified leads into clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and client discussions.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and existing clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
- Track and update lead status in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Conversion.
- Experience in Digital Marketing sales will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good problem-solving and customer management skills.
