The Order Processing Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end order processing cycle, from order entry to shipment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. They work closely with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Visit to customers
Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Enter orders into the company's system accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with sales and production teams to confirm product availability and lead times.
Communicate order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Resolve order-related issues or discrepancies, including pricing, quantity, and delivery dates.
Generate and distribute order confirmations, packing lists, and shipping documents.
Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule shipments and track delivery status.
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of all orders, including sales data and customer communications.
Provide support to sales and customer service teams as needed.

- Maintaining up-to-date records of all order transactions.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
