We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for end-user devices, perform OS installations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and support Windows 10/11 operating systems. Perform OS installation, reinstallation, upgrades, and patch management. Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral-related issues. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system problems. Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications. Manage Active Directory user accounts, password resets, and access requests. Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Handle incident and service requests through ticketing tools. Install and configure antivirus and endpoint security solutions. Provide remote and onsite technical support to end users.
