IndiaZone is looking for Tele Sales Executives to contact businesses, introduce our platform services, and support subscription and promotional visibility sales through phone-based communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact business owners and introduce IndiaZone platform services
- Explain subscription plans and promotional opportunities
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain call records
- Share service details through WhatsApp and email when required
- Coordinate with the internal team for client activation support
- Maintain daily call and follow-up reports
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Malayalam (mandatory)
- Basic English communication preferred
- Comfortable speaking with business owners over phone
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and computer usage
- Prior tele sales or customer interaction experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Preferred Background:
- Experience in tele sales, tele calling, or customer support roles
- Experience explaining digital services or business platforms
