JOB SUMMARY
MK Cleanroom Projects (MKCRP) is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Cleanroom Sales Executive to handle business development, client acquisition, quotation follow-up, project coordination, and sales activities related to cleanroom and turnkey projects.
The candidate should have strong communication and client-handling skills with the ability to generate new business opportunities and maintain professional relationships with customers and consultants.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Generate new inquiries and business opportunities
- Promote cleanroom and turnkey project solutions
- Handle client meetings and business presentations
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals
2. CLIENT COORDINATION
- Understand client requirements and project needs
- Coordinate with clients for quotations and technical discussions
- Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and payments
- Maintain professional communication with customers and consultants
- Ensure customer satisfaction and relationship management
3. PROJECT & SITE COORDINATION
- Coordinate with project and execution teams for project updates
- Visit client locations and project sites when required
- Support project discussions and technical coordination
- Coordinate installation and project schedules with clients
4. QUOTATION & REPORTING
- Prepare and submit quotations to clients
- Maintain inquiry and sales tracking reports
- Update customer follow-up records and status reports
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports
- Support management in business reporting activities
5. MARKET & PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
- Maintain knowledge of cleanroom systems and products
- Study market trends and competitor activities
- Identify new market opportunities and client segments
- Promote company brand and services professionally
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Knowledge
- Sales and business development activities
- Quotation and follow-up process
- Basic understanding of cleanroom and HVAC projects
- Customer relationship management
- Site visit and project coordination activities
SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
- MS Excel mandatory
- MS Word and Email communication mandatory
- ERP/CRM software knowledge preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
