About Us
The Krypton Academy is a well-established educational institute in Surat. We are expanding our offerings by launching an English Language Lab and are looking for a passionate and experienced English trainer to join us as a strategic partner.
Job Responsibilities
- Teach Spoken English from Basic to Advanced levels.
- Conduct Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading, Writing, and Communication Skills sessions.
- Improve students' fluency, pronunciation, and confidence.
- Design engaging classroom activities and practical speaking sessions.
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Contribute to developing the English Language Lab curriculum.
Preferred Candidate
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience teaching Spoken English or English Communication.
- Ability to teach school students, college students, and working professionals.
- Strong classroom management and presentation skills.
- Positive, energetic, and student-focused approach.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- English teaching certification is an advantage.
- 2+ years of teaching experience preferred (Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply).
