The Business Systems Manager should become the operational architect of Regal’s business systems.
This individual will ensure technology, AI, automation, people, and process evolve together as Regal scales.
Success in this role will be measured not by the number of systems administered, but by the degree to which Regal becomes a simpler, faster, more intelligent, and more scalable organization.
Success Metrics
Within the first 12 months you will have:
- Successfully modernized Regal’s operational systems.
- Improved workflow efficiency across multiple departments.
- Reduced manual operational work through AI and automation.
- Increased adoption of standardized processes.
- Built trusted operational dashboards.
- Improved documentation quality.
- Successfully supported business system transitions.
- Enabled Regal to scale operations without proportional headcount growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Business Systems, Operations Systems, RevOps, or Digital Transformation.
- Experience implementing or managing CRM platforms.
- Strong workflow design experience.
- Experience leading system implementations or migrations.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Operations and Engineering.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
