Peraka Media is looking for a passionate and experienced Associate Creative Lead to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in an advertising agency, excellent creative thinking abilities, and proven experience leading a team while delivering high-quality digital marketing creatives.
This role requires someone who can manage multiple projects, mentor designers, ensure creative quality, and execute campaigns that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Graphic Designers, Motion Graphic Designers, and creative interns.
- Plan, assign, and review creative tasks to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conceptualize and execute innovative creative campaigns for digital platforms.
- Develop high-quality social media creatives, digital advertisements, branding materials, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all creatives meet brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Coordinate with client servicing, content, and production teams for seamless execution.
- Review creative outputs and provide constructive feedback to improve quality.
- Manage project timelines and prioritize tasks across multiple clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design techniques, and digital marketing best practices.
- Maintain consistency in visual communication across all client deliverables.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic creative ideas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in a creative role, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.
- Minimum 1–2 years of team leadership or project management experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, advertising, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing creatives across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Experience in campaign planning and creative strategy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality creative work.
Software Knowledge (Preferred)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
