- Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about our services.
- Handle inbound customer queries with clarity, patience, and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM system regularly.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions/information.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth issue resolution and lead management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
