We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell advanced home automation and security solutions for residential and commercial buildings. The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering customized smart technology solutions including surveillance, access control, and automation systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential homes, apartments, villas, and commercial buildings
- Promote and sell products such as:
- Smart home automation systems (lighting, climate control, voice control)
- Security systems (CCTV, video door phones, alarm systems, motion sensors)
- Access control systems (biometric, RFID, smart locks)
- Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical presentations
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and facility managers
Marketing Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote home automation and security services
- Generate leads through digital marketing, social media, referrals, and events
- Organize product demos, exhibitions, and customer awareness campaigns
- Collaborate with the technical team to create marketing materials (brochures, presentations, videos)
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Build brand awareness in the smart home and building security segment
Customer Relationship Management
- Provide pre-sales consultation and post-sales support
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle queries or complaints
- Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales/marketing (preferably in home automation, security systems, or electrical/electronics industry)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Basic technical understanding of:
- IoT (Internet of Things)
- Smart home systems
- Security and surveillance technologies
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with smart home brands (e.g., automation platforms, CCTV providers)
- Knowledge of building infrastructure and wiring systems
- Local market knowledge and network in real estate or construction sectors
