Qualification
- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Carry out Pre-Inspection, In-Process Inspection, and Final Inspection of manufactured products.
- Verify product dimensions, specifications, and quality requirements as per approved drawings and standards.
- Perform routine inspection activities using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge.
- Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
- Identify non-conforming products and report quality issues to the concerned departments.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and inspection procedures during production.
- Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor process quality and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain traceability records.
- Ensure timely release of accepted products for dispatch.
- Maintain inspection data and quality records using Microsoft Excel.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments regarding quality concerns and inspection status.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
