Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Bidding: Actively identify, filter, and bid on relevant project requirements across freelance marketplaces such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and PPH.
- Proposal Writing: Analyze client requirements thoroughly and draft highly customized, professional, and persuasive project proposals/pitches.
- Client Communication: Initiate contact, handle initial technical/business queries, negotiate project scope, milestones, and pricing, and successfully convert leads into clients.
- Requirement Gathering: Coordinate with the internal technical/development team to understand project feasibility, timelines, and accurate cost estimation before submitting bids.
- Profile Management: Maintain, optimize, and improve the company’s bidding profiles to ensure high ratings and visibility.
- Targets & Reporting: Meet monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets and provide regular reports on pipeline, conversion rates, and platform performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Bidding Executive or Business Development Executive (BDE) in an IT/Software development company.
- Platform Expertise: Proven expertise in managing and winning projects on Upwork, Freelancer, or similar portals.
- Technical Literacy: Basic understanding of modern technology stacks (e.g., PHP, MERN/MEAN stack, WordPress, mobile apps, UI/UX designs) to communicate intelligently with clients.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to write error-free, engaging proposals.
- Negotiation: Sharp closing and negotiation skills with a persistent attitude to convert leads.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
