We are looking for a proactive, organized, and professional Front Office Executive to become the face of our office and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems.Decent knowledge of accounting would be a great plus.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, and clients. Also managing administration among multiple- construction site demanding follow ups, vendor management and ensuring smooth supply delivery at the construction site.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic documentation.
- Maintain attendance and office administration.
- Handle coordination among all the departments.
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Assist management with administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Pleasant personality with professional etiquette.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Word, Google Workspace).
- Ability to draft professional emails and documents.
- Quick learner with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, reception, customer service, or office coordination.
- Experience in an architecture, construction, engineering, or real estate firm is an added advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Working Hours
Monday – Saturday
10 AM – 7 PM

Salary
