Location: Kolkata (On-site)
Shift: US Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Working Days: Monday – Friday (Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off)
Job Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients in the US market through outbound calls.
- Understand business requirements and recommend website development and digital marketing solutions.
- Pitch services including Website Design, Website Development, SEO, PPC, SMO, and Branding.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Update CRM with call outcomes and client information.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in International Sales, Website Sales, IT Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in outbound sales for the US market is preferred.
- Strong sales aptitude and closing skills.
- Comfortable working in the US Night Shift.
