Job Summary
- We are looking for a qualified and compassionate School Counsellor to provide counselling and emotional support to students, promote their mental and social well-being, and work closely with teachers and parents to address students' academic, behavioural and emotional concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group counselling to students.
- Identify and support students facing emotional, behavioural, social or academic difficulties.
- Conduct counselling sessions and maintain confidential student records.
- Assist students with stress, anxiety, peer relationships, academic pressure and adjustment issues.
- Coordinate with teachers, coordinators and parents regarding students' wellbeing.
- Conduct awareness sessions on emotional wellbeing, life skills, social skills and personal development.
- Identify students requiring specialised intervention and make appropriate referrals.
- Maintain proper counselling documentation and follow confidentiality and safeguarding procedures.
- Participate in student wellbeing programmes and school activities.
- Support the school in creating a safe, inclusive and positive environment for students.
Educational Qualification
- Master's Degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology / Rehabilitation Psychology or a relevant discipline from a recognised institution.
- Valid and active RCI Registration (CRR Number) in the applicable RCI category is mandatory.
- Candidates with relevant experience in a school/educational setting will be preferred.

Important Requirement
- Candidates must possess a valid and active RCI registration/CRR number corresponding to their recognised RCI qualification and professional category.
- RCI states that professionals practising in RCI-regulated rehabilitation categories must possess a recognised qualification and be enrolled on the Central Rehabilitation Register.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
