Job Role – Hotel Sales
Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive to handle sales activities for the Hotel property. The role involves generating business, building client relationships, and increasing overall occupancy and revenue.
Key Responsibilities -
- Handle Hotel sales.
- Identify potential clients and generate new business leads from Bangalore market (from Online Research & Field visits).
- Promote hotel rooms, services, and offers.
- Deploy the Business Plan on weekly and monthly basis.
- Generate new business through client visits and networking.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into bookings
- Coordinate with hotel teams for smooth booking and confirmations
- Must have good convincing ability to close the booking.
Requirements :
- Intermediate/ Diploma or Graduate Freshers.
- Excellent written and spoken Kannada, Hindi & English.
- Two-wheeler is a plus point.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month + performance-based incentives
