Job role:
The Email Marketer will be responsible for the execution, optimization, and reporting of all email marketing initiatives. This role focuses on driving customer retention and revenue through strategic lifecycle messaging, list management, and data-driven experimentation.
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and deploy end-to-end email campaigns, including promotional calendars and automated lifecycle flows.
- Segmentation: Maintain database health and create targeted segments to deliver personalized content to diverse audience groups.
- Optimization: Conduct continuous A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to improve engagement metrics.
- Reporting: Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance (Deliverability, Open Rates, CTR, and ROI).
- Compliance: Ensure all email communications adhere to global privacy laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA).
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in email marketing.
- Expert proficiency in e.g., Wix, Mailchimp, and zoho campaign.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability and CRM integration.
- Ability to write concise, action-oriented copy that aligns with brand voice.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
