Job Summary
The Commi is responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, ensuring food quality, and supporting smooth kitchen operations. The role requires adherence to food safety standards and company SOPs while delivering high-quality food to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items as per standard recipes and SOPs.
- Assist the Chef/CDP in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages.
- Properly store food items to minimize wastage.
- Support inventory checks and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely food delivery.
- Follow all safety and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).
- Experience:
- Commi III: Fresher or up to 1 year.
- Commi II: 1–2 years of kitchen experience.
- Commi I: 2–4 years of relevant kitchen experience.
- Knowledge of basic food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
