Air Medical 24x7 is looking for a results-driven Senior Online Sales Executive with excellent communication and closing skills to manage international enquiries and convert them into confirmed business.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
- Convert leads into confirmed Air Ambulance, Medical Escort, Commercial Medical Transfer, and Medical Tourism cases.
- Build strong relationships with international patients, hospitals, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with the Operations Team for seamless case execution.
Requirements :-
- Postgraduate (MBA or equivalent preferred).
- 10–12 years of experience in International Sales, Inside Sales, Medical Tourism, Healthcare, Aviation, Insurance, Hospitality, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Proven track record in international B2C/B2B sales and lead conversion.
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home.
