We are looking for a versatile top performer to lead initiatives for our top global private clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage-to-results in a complex, global environment while strengthening stakeholder alignment and strategic planning/execution capabilities. The person in this role will cultivate strong relationships with Global member firms, regions, and other business stakeholders across Deloitte. It is ideal for a candidate with strong strategic execution, operational excellence, and relationship development skills who wants to build a global network and gain depth of knowledge around the Deloitte Private client segment. You will help drive alignment and deliver impact.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist Executive Manager, Analytics and Insights on the Deloitte Private team, you will be responsible for:
- Working with Deloitte Private leadership to set strategy to expand market engagement for top private clients and elevate support for Global Private LCSPs within the Global Client Portfolio
- Leading end-to-end client initiatives related to top private clients and the Global Client Portfolio by coordinating cross-functional teams, member firms, and industry leads
- Planning and managing global program delivery, including stakeholder coordination, communications, and execution across strategic priorities
- Supporting budget planning, expense management, and resource planning aligned to strategic priorities
- Leading and managing the Deloitte Private USI team through coaching, feedback, and performance management while sharing leading practices across the broader Deloitte Private community

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 4 PM, 7 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Management or Master of Business Administration
- 10+ years of experience in project management, strategic program management, or client initiative delivery
- Experience leading cross-functional programs in a global or matrixed environment
- Experience supporting senior stakeholder management and executive communications
- Experience with budget planning, expense management, and resource planning
- Experience managing teams, including coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred:
- Experience supporting global private client, industry, or portfolio programs
- Experience working with global member firms, regions, or cross-border stakeholders
- Experience with financial or pipeline tools such as Salesforce.com or Client Insights Dashboard
- Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or professional services
- Experience working in a virtual environment across multiple geographies and stakeholders
