Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer (L2) networking background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, SCCM, and Office 365, along with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 (L2) support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage Active Directory tasks including user creation, password resets, and account unlocks
- Administer Office 365 services, including MFA setup and resets
- Deploy applications and manage OS updates using SCCM
- Perform OS installation, system re-imaging, and PXE booting
- Diagnose and resolve network and hardware issues
- Configure and maintain Poly devices (conference systems, headsets)
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and proper ticket handling using ITSM tools
- Collaborate with vendors and L3 support teams for issue resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in Windows troubleshooting, Active Directory, SCCM, and Office 365
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and incident management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ITSM tools
- Familiarity with enterprise support environments
