1. Solar Project Engineer
Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Solar PV projects (preferred)
Knowledge of solar system design, installation, testing & commissioning
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel to project sites
2. Site Supervisor
Qualification:
Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or related field
Requirements:
Experience in supervising solar/electrical installation projects
Ability to manage manpower, materials, and daily site activities
Knowledge of safety procedures and quality standards
Good coordination and reporting skills
3. Sales Executive
Qualification:
Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent
Requirements:
Experience in sales (Solar/Electrical industry preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license
Willingness to travel
4. Accountant
Qualification:
B.Com/M.Com
Requirements:
1–3 years of accounting experience
Knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, and MS Excel
Experience in invoicing, bank reconciliation, payroll, and financial reporting
Strong analytical and organizational skills
