Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
* Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate issues when required.
* Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Required Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
* Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
