Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Interior Site Supervisor – Fresher to join our team in Mumbai. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates/diploma holders who want to build a career in interior execution and site management.
The selected candidate will work closely with the project and design teams to ensure smooth execution of interior projects at site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior work at project sites.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators, and other vendors.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Read and understand basic interior drawings and layouts.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Maintain daily site updates and report progress to the senior/project manager.
- Coordinate material delivery and ensure proper utilization at site.
- Identify site issues and communicate them to the concerned team.
- Follow site safety, cleanliness, and company guidelines.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of interior site execution and construction is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites across Mumbai.
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple tasks.
