Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Management:
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit formalities
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work environment
- Address employee concerns and ensure timely resolution of grievances
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Plan and execute hiring strategies across departments
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for manpower planning and requirements
- Ensure quality hiring aligned with company goals
HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee payroll coordination, incentives, and benefits administration
- Ensure timely processing of salaries, reimbursements, and settlements
- Administration Management
- Manage administrative functions across both offices
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, facility management, and vendor coordination
- Performance Management
- Drive performance evaluation processes and support leadership in decision-making
- Implement improvement plans and employee development initiatives
- Coordination & Reporting:
- Act as a bridge between management and employees
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights for strategic decisions
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
