Qualifications Required:
ITI Certification in Electrical/Air Conditioning/Plumbing
- Preferred experience of 2+ years in the respective field - Preferred industry experience in Real Estate, Hotels, Restaurants, or Hospitality
Job Description:
- Troubleshooting of household electrical circuits
- Knowledge of Electrical Panels and Safety switches (ELCB/RCCB/MCB)
- Understanding of utilities such as AC, refrigerators, washing machines, water heaters, water pumps, diesel generators, inverters, and batteries
- Experience in the replacement of electrical cables, lights, and the installation and dismantling of pumps
- Proficiency in handling tools such as Clamp meters, Meggers, and Drill machines
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
