Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for appointing new retailers, generating leads, building strong retailer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role also includes supporting marketing activities, coordinating with vendors and dispatch teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day market operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Appoint and onboard new retailers and dealers in assigned territories
- Generate leads and convert prospects into active business accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
- Promote company products and marketing schemes in the market
- Coordinate with vendor, dispatch, and backend teams for timely delivery and support
- Ensure proper follow-up on orders, payments, and customer requirements
- Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to management
Requirements
- Minimum 0–3 years of field sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Own two-wheeler preferred, DRIVING LICENCSE
