E-Commerce Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
- Handle Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms.
- Process orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Monitor stock and coordinate with the warehouse team.
- Manage offers, promotions, and product visibility.
- Work on Amazon SEO and improve product rankings.
- Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports in Excel.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, and marketplace trends.
- Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- E-commerce experience preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
